Orders that qualify for free delivery are processed and shipped with an anticipated delivery of between 3-5 working days.* (excluding weekends and bank holidays.)

All deliveries are shipped and tracked through DHL International signed and tracked services. Your tracking number is provided in your order confirmation email. This can be tracked using DHL tracker service: https://www.dhl.com/global-en/home/tracking.html
*Swissvax ship to all areas of the UK mainland including Northern Ireland. However due to recent COVID-19 restrictions as well as other external factors deliveries remain extremely busy. Therefore, we ask that you wait at least 3 working days before chasing a delivery directly with ourselves.
As a UK customer your statutory rights are applicable. This includes the ability to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of goods.

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. They must also be in a saleable condition.
All returns that have been ordered incorrectly will be done so at your own cost. Please ensure that the copy of your packing slip is inside the returned items as well as detailing if you require a refund, exchange or replacement.
We would always advise using a reputable post/courier service with tracking and insurance up total the value of the items being returned.
At Swissvax we take great care to ensure our products are pack and sent securely to avoid any damages. In the unlikely event that any products are faulty we will be happy to replace these for you. We will also arrange for the original goods to be returned unused within 30 days of receipt.
Incorrect Orders/Missing Goods
As mentioned, we at Swissvax take great care to ensure our products are packed and sent correctly to our customers. However, should there be a case where we have not sent the correct items, please advise us within 72 hours of receiving your goods.

We will then check our records and recordings of packing and dispatch the correct goods within a reasonable timeframe and arrange for collection of any wrong products.
